Wish Night 2018: Sparks of Joy

Wish Night is about so much more than fancy dresses, tuxedos and exciting auctions.

It's about celebrating an organization and its mission to spread hope to children who are facing death or who frequent hospitals more than playgrounds and schools.

Joy to families who are enduring their darkest days.

Strength for not just the wish child to keep fighting when feeling like they are completely done, but strength for those who suffer with them.

This night is for the Wish Kids and their families. This night is to raise money so more children can be given the hope, strength, and joy that they need to face tomorrow.

Being involved in this organization as both a wish granter and a representative on the Dallas Regional Council has given me an inside view at how Make-A-Wish North Texas is changing the lives of critically ill children, their families, and the communities who take part in making wishes happen.

For more information on how you can become involved, I would love to talk to you about the volunteer opportunities and ways you can support Make-A-Wish.
