{Summer Nights Recipe} Scrumptious Peach Crisp

6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter

1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.   Line a buttered an 8x8 baking dish with sliced and peeled peaches. Drizzle the vanilla and almond extract and mix.

2.  In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.  Soften the butter and mix it with the dry ingredients to create crumbles.

3.  Cover the peaches in the crumbles.

4.  Cook until bubbly and brown on top, approximately 45 minutes.

Serve with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream.
